-    We collect your data to complete the application process for SOCPA services.
-    During the registration process, we require specific information such as your ID type and number, name, email address, mobile number, and gender, along with additional details as necessary.  
-    When you update your profile, we collect personal details (such as your name in Arabic and English, ID and passport number, date of issue and expiry, and gender) as well as contact details (such as your mailing address, mobile number, and fax number), among others.
-    For membership applications, we collect details about your academic background and other required or optional information necessary to process your application such as attachments and payment of fees.
-    When you apply for professional exams, we collect your full name in English, phone number, date of birth, gender, preferred city and exam location, exam subject, and other required or optional elements necessary to complete your application, such as attachments and payment of fees.
-    When you apply to enroll in training courses, we collect information about the courses and other required or optional elements necessary to complete your application, such as attachments and payment of fees.
-    When you submit a refund request, we collect details such as the reason for the refund, the amount to be refunded, the bank name, IBAN number, account holder's name, and other relevant information.
-    When you request to add Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points, we collect information such as the nature of the activity, type of activity, hours, points, start date, end date, activity title, activity description, and other required or optional information necessary to complete your request, such as attachments.
-    We apply the highest standards of security and protection when processing electronic payments.
-    SOCPA reserves the right to share data with third parties for legitimate purposes, based on legal or regulatory grounds, or to serve the public interest, or to conduct research or studies, without compromising individual privacy.  

In line with applicable laws and regulations, we may share your data with the following parties: 
1.    Government entities such as the Ministry of Human Resources, through the Digital Government Authority.
2.    Entities with which SOCPA has data-sharing agreements such as universities, educational institutes, and certification verification companies.
