Full Membership starts at the beginning of each year 1/1 and ends at the end of the year 31/12. The aforementioned dates are based on Gregorian Calendar.

10 thousand riyals annually, plus 1000 riyals as a registration fee collected in the first year only which starts from the date of 1/1 of each gregorian calendar year and ends in 31/12.
