Special training courses

Training courses for companies SOCPA provides special training courses for different enterprises of public and private sectors. The courses include accounting and auditing topics and others related to the profession. The client contacts SOCPA, consequently the two parties agree on the topic of the course, the implementation conditions, dates, venue, fees and other related matters.

Components of course materials:


SOCPA agree with client on the key components of the course materials in order to ensure suitability and inclusion of all elements and units covering the topic of the course in a comprehensive and integrated manner.

Practical applications:


SOCPA observes that, the courses must include examples and practical cases from the real practices of the client's employees.

Participation and interaction of the trainees in the special courses:


SOCPA urges trainees to participate in the special courses in order to interact with each other, enrich the debate and share experiences and expertise. In some cases, SOCPA requests the client's employees to be prepared in advance of the course, and they may be required to prepare some articles related to the topic of the course and to their work duties, in order to be presented by them during the course to enrich the debate.

Method of preparation of training materials and applications:


SOCPA shall assign one consultant or more to prepare the training material and practical applications considering participation of the client in preparation of training materials and the demands of assigned consultants. Special meetings will be held and visits to client shall be made for this purpose.

Scheduling the implementation of the course:


An implementation schedule shall be set up in the dates and time appropriate for SOCPA and the client.

Instructors:


SOCPA assigns the task to instructors chosen from academics and professionals with appropriate qualifications and practical experience, consistently with the nature of the topic of the course. In some case and with respect to certain aspects related to the topic of the course, SOCPA may seek the assistance of some of the specialists and senior officials of the client.

Method of providing the special courses:


The method of providing the special courses includes:
  • Lectures to explain the theoretical aspects and review of professional and technical standards related to the topic of the course.
  • Group discussion to provide an opportunity for trainees to interact and benefit from each other's experiences and share experiences that they have.
  • Introduce practical cases and examples through dividing the participants in groups, in order to give them an opportunity for group discussion and allow them to interact with the rest of their colleagues.

Assessment of the special courses:


SOCPA seeks the opinions of the trainees involved in the special courses using a special questionnaire distributed to them at the end of the course and their opinions shall be analyzed with respect to the training material and the trainer.

SOCPA and client obligations:


SOCPA and the client shall agree on the obligations of each party with respect of the requirements for the implementation of the special course, such as equipments, devices, halls, and services and facilities for the trainees and trainers and other related matters.
