All messages sent using the information provided by a user, for example mobile phones, emails or any accounts on the system, shall produce its legal effects. A user shall be held accountable for providing inaccurate information.

Product prices may be changed, as appropriate; however, such changes shall not apply to orders under process.
- The service may be suspended, amended or terminated, as needed.
- Quantities shall be allocated to customers according to availability and fair distribution principle.
- SOCPA may cancel a purchase order, with a notice to the customer.

All contents of the website shall be a property of SOCPA and are protected by laws applicable in the KSA.
A user shall be responsible for the protection of his/her personal account, including all data and information provided and subsequent changes therein, and cancellation of his/her account.
SOCPA’s responsibility shall terminate once the ordered product is delivered to the shipper. In case of any damage or loss, customer may refer to the shipper for compensation.
- Return and Replacement Policy
- A purchase order may be cancelled within 24 hours after its submission by completing the e-form on the link below:

- If a different product other than the requested one is delivered, a replacement request shall be submitted within a maximum period of seven days from the date of receipt.
- The amount will be credited back to your account within thirty days from receiving the returned product.
