The Saudi Organisation for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) are pleased to host Saudi Arabia’s fourth accounting and auditing conference under the esteemed patronage of H.E. Dr Majid Bin Abdullah Al Qasabi.
This year’s theme is Building trust: shaping the accountancy profession’s contribution to Vision 2030.
This event provides a unique platform for professional services firms, professional bodies, regulators, the public sector and businesses (large and small) to shape the accounting profession’s contribution to the success of Saudi Arabia: Vision 2030. Leaders are coming together for a focused day of discussion and debate. They will consider the steps being taken to build a strong economy and identify the key pillars of the profession’s role in achieving the Vision. Discussion themes will include business skills for sustainable Saudisation and a vibrant workforce, encouraging trust and building capacity in the audit profession, creating a business environment that fosters growth, introducing international standards and the implementation of VAT.
