SOCPA conducted training courses for employees of the Ministry of Education

For the employees of the Ministry of Education, SOCPA launched on Sunday 01.11.1436 H corresponding to 16.08.2015 at Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, the accounting program adopted by the Civil Servants Training and Scholarship Committee for employees of government agencies and public institutions, which will continue for three weeks, involving the participation of a number of the ministry's staff working in financial departments. The program will address a number of important topics such as, basis of government accounting in Saudi Arabia, government accounting entries, correction of financial and accounting errors, review of financial documents for the disbursement of personnel salaries and allowances, government tenders and procurement law and its implementing regulations, review the documents of operation, maintenance and project programs, and the preparation of the government's financial reports.
It is worth mentioning that SOCPA has recently signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Education aims to train a number of ministry staff, to provide them with knowledge, skills and abilities needed to carry out their work efficiently. The agreement was signed by Dr. Ahmed Bin Ahmed Meghames, SOCPA Secretary General, representing SOCPA and HE Dr.Rashid bin Ghayadh Al ghayadh, undersecretary for development and planning, representing the Ministry of Education
