SOCPA translated a book on international standards on auditing
After obtaining the approval of the publisher, "Pearson Education", SOCPA has completed translation and arabization of the book titled " Principles of Auditing: An Introduction to International Standards on Auditing ". The book is one of most important references that addressed audit in light of international standards on auditing.
The idea of translating this version came in line with SOCPA transmit project to the international standards on accounting and auditing and with SOCPA awareness of the importance of furnishing references in Arabic language covering the international standards that may be used as a reference by those working in the field of accounting and auditing, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in the Arab world in general.
The translation of this book also comes as part of SOCPA efforts to obtain the best international textbooks in order to promote curricula and learning outcomes for Accounting Departments in Saudi Arabia and to enable students of accounting departments at the universities to be aware of modern knowledge in the field of accounting in order to conform with the development witnessed by the Kingdom. SOCPA, by using the advice of the scientific and practical expertise, selects the latest books in the field of accounting and auditing based on book reputation and coverage of international standards.
