SOCPA organizes introductory visits to universities
SOCPA organized introductory visits to a number of universities, aiming to introduce its activities and explain its services in the field of accounting and auditing profession. The visits included Almajmaah University, Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University, and the University of Tabuk. During the visits, Dr. Mohammed bin Suleiman Al-Aqeel, SOCPA assistant secretary-general for membership and professional development presented a lecture covering the services provided by SOCPA, which include SOCPA fellowship examination established to test the candidate’s knowledge, subjects and approach of the exam, training courses provided by SOCPA which include a number of specialized topics related to the accounting and auditing profession, and contribute in enhancing the professional capabilities of the accounting graduates and therefore qualifying them for the marketplace. SOCPA is eager to communicate with universities in order to promote awareness and cultural level among students.
