SOCPA Committee for investigation on violations of CPAs' Regulations provisions held its thirteenth

SOCPA Committee for investigation on violations of CPAs' Regulations provisions held its thirteenth meeting of the seventh session on Thursday, 02.05.1436 H corresponding to 27.11.2014 AD. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Tarek Abdullah Al-naeem, designated undersecretary for domestic trade, and attended by Dr. Tawfik Abdel Mohsen Alkhayal,  Mr. Khalaf bin Mohsen Aldubayan , legal adviser at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Secretary of the Committee Adel bin Ibrahim Al-omer, legal adviser, as members. Having seen the report of the achievements of the Committee up to the end of the year 1435 AH, the committee reviewed the issues on the agenda and issued (24) decisions as follow:
(6) decisions ruled by leaving case in file.
(4) decisions ruled by reprimand against the violator (public accountant).
(14) decisions ruled warning against the violator (public accountant).
