SOCPA held a workshop on the difficulties faced by applicants to SOCPA fellowship examination
On the evening of last Wednesday, SOCPA held at the headquarters of Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality in Riyadh, a workshop on the difficulties faced by applicants to SOCPA fellowship examination.
A number of candidates who passed SOCPA fellowship examination, a number of candidates who did not pass the examination, a number of faculty members at universities and some specialists in the profession ,were invited to attend the event. This workshop was opened by a speech from Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Al-meghames, SOCPA Secretary-General of the, in which he welcomed the audience and thanked them for their participation. The workshop then began including a number of topics such as, including SOCPA fellowship examination qualifying courses and preparation of training material for those courses, other scientific sources and preparedness of candidates to take the exam. Discussion with the audience was then set off covering a number of topics related to the applicants who have made a number of proposals and ideas that will help in the process of developing SOCPA fellowship examination.
It is worth mentioning that SOCPA is seeking to increase the number examination sessions held annually so as to be more than twice during the year, a matter that will increases the rate of success in SOCPA fellowship examination. SOCPA organization of this workshop reflects its belief of the need to exchange views, ideas and proposals that serve SOCPA fellowship examination candidates.
