Launching the “Readiness” program to qualify accountants, over a period of 15 intensive training days, during which the practical and professional skills required for the job market are enhanced.
The Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants launched today, Sunday, May 11th, 2025, the "Readiness Program" to qualify accountants, in the presence of SOCPA CEO, Dr. Ahmed Al-Maghames. The program aims to empower recent graduates and employees in the accounting field by providing them with the necessary practical and professional skills required for the job market in the Kingdom.
The program is considered one of the prominent national training initiatives implemented by the Organization, aimed at bridging the gap between academic qualification and professional practice, and providing qualified national personnel capable of effectively contributing to enhancing transparency practices and financial compliance across various sectors.
The program, which extends over 15 intensive training days, offers practical content that covers daily accounting operations, dealing with government platforms such as the "Etimad", "Mudad", and "Social Security", in addition to preparing zakat and tax returns, and learning how to prepare financial statements in English.
The first day of the program witnessed remarkable interaction from the participants who expressed their desire to gain real experiences that would qualify them to confidently embark on their professional journey, under the supervision of an elite group of certified trainers with expertise in the accounting and financial field.
This program comes as an affirmation from the Organization and an extension of its ongoing efforts to support and empower young national talents, and to develop their skills in line with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030 in enhancing the quality of education and training and linking them to the labor market.
