The Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) has translated a comprehensive strategic guide titled the "Professional Accountancy Organization (PAO) Strategy Planning Toolkit." Issued by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), the toolkit is designed to support professional accounting organizations in developing and refining their strategic plans, enabling them to stay aligned with rapid advancements.
This translation was completed at the request of IFAC and under the terms of the agreement between the two organizations. The 40-page guide offers detailed stages and steps for strategic planning processes, complete with templates and examples to assist in creating strategic plans. IFAC has made this toolkit publicly available on its website.
