SOCPA Launches a Customer Care Account on Twitter
The Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) is pleased to announce that it launched an official account on Twitter dedicated to customer care. The account carries the Twitter handle @socpa_care
The move is part of SOCPA's growing interest in engaging its customers and is part of an initiative aimed at finding new channels of communication between SOCPA and its beneficiaries to really know their needs and give them an opportunity to voice their opinions and observations, to ultimately provide them with the best services.
It is noteworthy that SOCPA has provided a number of communication means dedicated to serving its beneficiaries, such as the "live chat" feature available on its website which represents a fast way for clients to get a hold of a SOCPA representative and get the support they need.
