Requirements According to Article 3 of the Licensing Rules for Providing Zakat and Tax Services
The application for a license is submitted to SOCPA, and the applicant must meet the following conditions:

Saudi nationality.

Full legal capacity.

Successful completion of SOCPA’s professional exam.
- Must be a full-time practitioner. Part-time practice is allowed during the first three years of obtaining the license according to the regulations set by SOCPA and issued by a ministerial decision.
Note: The professional exam mentioned in condition (C) refers to passing the "Zakat and Tax" subject, which is part of SOCPA's Fellowship Program. For more details about the Zakat and Tax subject, click here.
