This service allows you to request a refund

  3. Attach a copy of the receipt or bank transfer.
  4. Enter the verification code.
  5. Then submit the request
The requested amount for refund must be not utilized yet, otherwise you won't be eligible for refund.
Refunds can take up to 5-15 business days to be fully processed. You can contact us via email care@socpa.org.sa
