The Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization awarded SOCPA the Saudi Quality Certificate "HIYAK" in recognition of its excellence in serving clients and its successful implementation of quality standards at the Client Services Center in Riyadh.
SOCPA earned this certification after fulfilling all requirements of the technical regulation for the Saudi Quality Certificate for customer service centers and implementing quality standards across all service delivery channels to clients.
Dr. Ahmed Al-Moghamis, President of SOCPA, emphasized that obtaining the HIYAK certificate reflects the organization's commitment to enhancing client experience and its dedication to continuously improving its services. This commitment ensures raising quality standards, enhancing procedural efficiency, and simplifying the client journey in support of its strategic objectives to deliver high-quality professional services.
Al-Moghamis explained that the Client Services Center underwent comprehensive evaluation to earn the certificate. The assessment covered the quality of services delivered, operational efficiency, performance levels, and the service delivery environment, all evaluated according to unified standards designed to increase client satisfaction and improve their experience.
